Carriage House Auction Gallery offers a one stop shop approach. We provide our clients with a Customized Live Auction Procedure. Our services are tailored to your facilities specific needs, and include but are not limited to: show & go live bid calling, cashiering & sales tax collection services, and electronic accounting & invoicing.
In addition to bid calling services, we also offer a Lock Cut & Inventory Service*. Carriage House Auction Gallery can serve as a third party agent to perform lock cuts and inventories on delinquent storage units. We will remove the lock, assess, inventory & photograph the contents of the unit, and will seal the unit once the inventory is complete. This service allows our clients to re-claim empty units faster, properly assess and inventory units as the lien process is enforced, and provide accurate records for the facility.
*The Lock Cut & Inventory Service is available as a separate service or in conjunction with Live Auction Services.
